Our Story

Pinny Pastures began as a dream shared between two brothers who longed for a simpler life—one rooted in hard work, open skies, and the kind of peace only a homestead can bring, the other, has something on his shoe. They didn’t just want that life for themselves; they wanted to share it with their community, to create a place where people could reconnect with animals, nature, and the quiet joy of the countryside.

In 2021, that dream took shape when they purchased the property that would become Pinny Pastures. They poured their hearts into building a farm filled with life—bringing in gentle highland cows, curious alpacas, playful goats, and other furry friends. Every fence post, every shelter, every patch of pasture was a step toward something bigger than themselves.

But in 2022, tragedy struck. A fire tore through the house on the property, and in the devastation they suffered a heartbreaking loss—their beloved family dog. It was a moment that could have ended the dream entirely. Instead, it became the turning point that strengthened their resolve.

Since then, the brothers have worked tirelessly, pouring even more love and determination into the farm. They rebuilt not just structures, but purpose—committing themselves to making Pinny Pastures a safe, joyful haven for every animal that calls it home and every visitor who walks through its gates.

Today, Pinny Pastures stands as more than a farm. It’s a story of resilience, brotherhood, and the belief that even after loss, something beautiful can grow.
